Just made some of these simple stepping stools to go in my booth for the weekend. I was going to take the time to stencil them, but I am enjoying them the way they are. I think I will do about 5  or 6 colors. I love easy projects that fix in 30 minutes.  I stained the bench first, and then painted on top. I scuffed over it in places with sand paper to bring the stain out.
